MIDEM returns in 2026 for a special edition from 4 to 6 February at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, followed by a closing concert on Saturday, 7 February 2026. This edition will celebrate the 60th anniversary of MIDEM, a key event for professionals in the music industry.

Organized by Live Nation, MIDEM offers a unique platform for exchanging ideas, fostering collaboration, and exploring emerging trends, bringing together key industry players, renowned artists, and visionary innovators.

MIDEM 2026 is not just a professional event—it is a celebration of music in all its forms.

From 4 to 7 February 2026 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes, France.

Reception desk opening to pick up accreditations and programs: Wednesday from 9:30 AM

Doors open for the event:

- Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday - closing concert: doors open at 6:30 PM

MIDEM is organized by the City of Cannes in partnership with the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès and Live Nation.

Tickets for MIDEM are open to all, but the main event content is primarily intended for professionals and students in the music industry.

At the same time, concerts and showcases are open to the public, with a separate ticketing system, allowing everyone to enjoy live performances and the vibrant atmosphere of Cannes during the event.

Cannes and its Palais, in the heart of the Croisette along the sea… the location is ideal! 

We encourage participants to use environmentally friendly transportation: train, carpooling, or public transport. Once in Cannes, everything is within walking distance: hotels, restaurants, beaches, and plenty of sunshine.

 No, there is no shuttle service during MIDEM. We encourage participants to use sustainable transportation options such as walking, cycling, public transport, or carpooling.

This approach not only makes it easy to get around (most hotels and the Palais des Festivals are within walking distance) but also reduces the event’s carbon footprint and allows everyone to enjoy the beauty of Cannes and the Croisette.
