- When you browse our sites, we use cookies to personalize your experience and, we hope, offer you efficient browsing.
Your choices and rights according to each scenario are explained to you in more detail below.
What information do we have and from what sources do we collect it?
- When you create an account, buy a product from us (e.g. a ticket or merchandise), we collect your contact and billing information.
- When you buy tickets to attend one of our events, or an event for which we are a co-promoter, you will receive your information from the ticket management agents used to sell tickets to events that we promote or co-promote, or from the host sites that we use to organize the event. This information includes your name, contact information, and ticket purchase information, such as the number of tickets purchased and the seat number (s).
- When you participate in one of our events, we may collect your information through: i) video surveillance cameras (we place traffic signs when such cameras are used); ii) our free WiFi (if you register to use it) and, where applicable, through contactless payment bracelets (cashless) that can be used to access events and make purchases on site during the event..
- When you use our websites or applications, we collect information such as the browser and device you use, your IP address, your location, the site visited before ours, what functions were used or not used on our site/application, or the site you visit when leaving ours. For more information about how we collect this information, please see our Cookie Policy.
- When you use a social media feature on our website or applications, and post to these social networks, the social network in question will provide us with information about you.
- If you want to benefit from accessibility measures, we want to offer you the best possible experience when attending events. For this purpose, we need to collect certain data relating to your request (which may include providing information about your mental or physical health condition).

How we use your information and why
This section explains how we use your information and the legal basis for that use.
1. For the execution of a contract concluded with you
We use your information when you enter into a contract with us (for example, to purchase products or a ticket) to:
- process your order;
- get payment; and
- provide you with customer support service.
2. In order to pursue our legitimate business interests
- to conduct market research and analysis to help us improve and personalize our products and services.
- For commercial prospecting purposes, unless your consent is required for such marketing activities (see section 3 below).
- To send you customer service messages that include reservation confirmations and event reminders.
- To prevent or detect unlawful behavior, to protect or enforce our rights as defined by law. For example, to make sure that tickets get into the hands of real fans. For this purpose, we may use your information to prevent the resale of tickets, the violation or misuse of our intellectual property rights (for example, our brands or the brands of the Event Partner) fraud, fraud, or other crimes or torts.
- To ensure the safety of our operations and the operations of the Event Partner.
- To create your profile and to help us personalize our services for you. For example, if you buy tickets to pop music events and have consented to receive marketing information from us, we will let you know what other similar events may be of interest to you.
About our personalization settings
When we know you better, we can offer you information that is more relevant to your interests. To ensure that our messages and our website are relevant to you, we create a user profile with the information we hold about you and how you use our services.
How to turn off personalization
Simply turn off “Allow Personalization” in your account settings. We will stop customizing and only use your data for essential services, e.g. to detect fraud.
What happens if you turn off personalization?
We will no longer use your data to determine what you might be interested in. This means that you will not receive personal recommendations, and any newsletters you subscribe to will be generic (although when you asked to receive alerts about specific artists or locations, you will continue to receive them).
However, we will continue to carry out profiling activities, when necessary in order to provide you with our services, e.g. for the purposes of combating fraud and when you specifically ask us to do so, as in the case of promoting an artist.
Are the deactivation of personalization and the deactivation of cookies the same deactivation?
No, they are separate deactivations. To control your cookie settings, you can use our cookie management tool.
When you have given us your consent:
- To contact you by offering you information and offers about our upcoming events, products or services, through emails, push or web notifications, text messages, or social networks. You can change your marketing preferences at any time; please see the “Your Choices and Rights” section below.
- To provide you with location-based services, e.g. through our festival-associated applications that allow you to locate yourself on the map so that we can use this information to send you push notifications about what is happening in your immediate environment.
- To perform crowd management analytics: a number of our applications use crowd management software so we can see how many people are there at a specific time, or what times the bars are the busiest. This allows us to better allocate our resources. We activate these systems shortly before the start of the festival or event and we stop them shortly after so as not to use tracking devices unnecessarily.
- To offer you targeted advertising and prospecting on our websites and applications (see our Cookie Policy for more information).
- To process health data in order to meet your accessibility requests, when specifically required and explicit consent is provided.
Who do we share your data with and why?
- With the Live Nation Entertainment group of companies that provides us with services such as commercial prospecting, profiling, follow-up reports and technical support.
- Our third party service providers (sometimes called subcontractors) such as our cloud computing providers who provide us with IT infrastructure that is the basis for building our products and systems.
- Our co-promoters or Event Partners who organize or provide specific services as part of an event (in accordance with their privacy policies).
- Third parties who provide the goods and services you purchase (for example, insurance for tickets or products) so that they can process and fulfill your orders.
- Government agencies or other authorized authorities when authorized or required by law.
- Any company succeeding our business, in whole or in part.
