Music Cities Forum Panel

In 2015, UN member states adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, including 17 Sustainable Development Goals that address the global challenges we face, such as poverty, gender inequality and the need for sustainable, safe and inclusive cities. With its universal nature and its ability to connect people, music can actively contribute to these goals and be a driver to improve our lives, our communities and our planet. Today, representatives from intergovernmental organisations and the music industry have come together to discuss the role music has in making the world a better place.
