Named One of AdWeek’s World-Wide Top 10 Creative Minds in Digital, Christian is Group Creative Lead at Google. Leading the creative of Google’s creative think tank (ZOO) for global brands and agencies – a group of highly experienced strategists, creatives and technologists, whose collective passion is to help define the future of creativity and marketing in a digital world. He is responsible for the region Central Europe, France, Italy, Spain, Middle East.

Prior to Google, Christian was the Executive Creative Director of Razorfish, Sydney – Australia’s leading full-service digital creative agency specialized in Digital, Social Media, Mobile, UX and Design. Next to his work at Razorfish, Christian founded the citizen engagement platform 'GetTheMayor.com', a worlds-first online platform that lets all citizens and friends of the city of Heidelberg get involved in helping shape the future of their city. Winner at 2016 SXSW Innovation Awards in the category 'People's Choice' and Finalist in the categories 'Smart Cities' and 'Innovation in Connecting People'.

Prior moving to Sydney, Australia, Christian was working for nearly 4 years as Creative Director at R/GA, New York, the inventors of Nike+ and one of the worlds leading advertising agencies specialized in Digital, Mobile, Technology and Design. Next to inventing platforms and campaigns for brands like Google, MasterCard, Nike and Mc Cormick, he was acting as lead Creative Director of A&E’s hit TV Show‚ Duck Dynasty’, which under his supervision became A&E’s most popular show and the most-watched reality show on cable end March 2013.

He is also the Co-Founder of “Pay with a Tweet.com”, the first social media payment system, where people pay with the value of their social network, winner of the Cyber Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions Festival 2011, which got acquired by Hanse Ventures in 2013 and turned into a standalone company, where Christian still owns a piece of equity.

Christian is Co-Author of the book “Oh My God What Happened And What Should I Do” – a book helping traditional advertising and marketing people to master the step into the digital era, that sold more than 300.000 copies (on Amazon and via “Pay with a Tweet”).

Next to that, Christian and a group of befriended creatives won one of the first 'MTV OMusic' Awards given out in 2012 for their Social Media side-project called “Track Me” – a campaign helping the HipHop duo “Riot in Parisé” from Brooklyn, NY gain more fans and sell more tickets of their up-coming tour.
