After graduating from Berklee college of music in 2002 with a dual major in contemporary writing / arranging and music production & engineering Benoit returns to France launching his career as composer / arranger / producer and sound engineer for the advertising and record industry . 7 years and a number of records and film scores later Benoit joins TBWA Paris as head sound producer and music supervisor working on worldwide TVC campaigns for client such as Nissan , YSL , Dior , Mercedes and Apple and winning major international awards ( Cannes Lions , EFI , Crystal , Lia , Eurobest , Epica ) for best soundtrack , best sound design , best original music and best sync . In 2007 Benoit creates GrandCrew.com, a startup company that filmed and broadcasted more 800 hundred live concerts from major venues and artists ( Carl Cox , De la Soul , Hanni el Kathib ..)
In 2012 Benoit joins the Havas group as a founding partner and head of sound and music of HRCLS , Havas France integrated production company . At Havas Benoit broadens his domain of expertise working on a very large variety of projects ranging from traditional TV , radio and web advertising , creating sound identity for major worldwide clients such as Citroen , producing audio series , podcast , binaural and 3D audio , record production and creating a franco-english art & music festival in London called Le Crxssing programming major indie artists such as The Kills , IAMDDB , Imelda May and C2C .
