2019 Midem Songwriting Camp

Rendez-vous at Midem: French Savoir-Faire & Urban-Pop

If Urban and Pop music have always been both part of French producers’ legacy, French Music has been recently knowing a new era. With hits such as Aya Nakamura’s “Djadja” or Gims’ “Sapés Comme Jamais”, French producers have demonstrated the power of their expertise, and are now exporting all around Europe. Midem in conjunction with Universal Music Publishing brought together some of the most exciting and innovative French and Belgian urban-pop producers and international talent to collaborate and compose new music together. Midem Songwriting Camp started on Sunday 2 June and the Top 10 exclusive tracks were revealed in a dedicated session during Midem.
