Challenges and Solutions of European Touring (and the GECAT pass?)

Facilitating live shows and touring in Europe can be both practically challenging and expensive. The session will discuss how current rules applies today and how the costs and administrative burden of current work permit schemes and custom arrangements for touring can be reduced. IAO and IMPALA will also propose an approach that involves creating a new cultural area with a single touring permit known as the GECAT Pass (for Geographical European Cultural Area Touring.
