Once you have registered, you will receive a personal login and password that gives you access to the online hotel reservation system, where you can search hotels and book online (credit card only).
The hotel department can also work with you to create the right hotel offer for your stay. Select your hotel from the 2012 hotel list, fill in the hotel request form (to come) and submit it by email or fax: +33(0)1 41 90 46 43.

How to indicate your accommodation preferences

Once you have signed your stand contract, you will receive your exhibitor registration contract by email, allowing you to register your company’s delegates and indicate your accommodation preferences. The hotel department will contact you with a tailored hotel offer as soon as your registration has been processed.
If you forgot to indicate your hotel preferences, email the hotel request form(to come) or your dates of stay, preferred hotel category and daily budget. The hotel department will contact you within 48 hours to discuss hotel options.
