Set up your stand

Register your delegates
Following your stand reservation, complete and return the exhibitor registration contract or subsidiary registration contract in order to register the delegates of your company or of your subsidiaries.
Once registered, each delegate will receive a personal login and password by email to access MidemWorld, the community online for MIDEM participants, in order to complete your company profile, prepare meetings and identify new contacts.

Build, organise, decorate
Find out how to build, organise and decorate a successful stand by consulting the Exhibitor’s Technical Manual. Options include:

  • Build-up & break-down registration: January 8, 2010
