Hotel reservation service for visitors

Book your hotel online

Once you’ve registered for MIDEM, you will receive a personal login and password that gives you access to the online hotel reservation system, where you can search hotels and book online (payment by credit card only).

Tailored hotel packages

We can also work with you to create the right hotel offer for your stay, based on your budget and your preferred hotel category. Simply select your hotel from the hotel list, then download the hotel request form, fill it out and send it to us by email.

Hotel reservation service for Exhibitors

Indicate preferences on the Exhibitor Registration Contract

Once you’ve signed your stand contract, you will receive your exhibitor registration contract by email, allowing you to register your company’s delegates to MIDEM and indicate accommodation preferences. Partner hotel information is in our hotel list (available in September 2011). Our hotel department will contact you with a tailored hotel offer as soon as your registration has been processed.

Forgot to send us your hotel preferences?

Don’t worry. If you forgot to indicate your hotel preferences when you sent back the exhibitor registration contract, you can still use the hotel request form (available in September 2011) or email us indicating your dates of stay, preferred hotel category and daily budget. The hotel department will contact you within 48 hours to discuss hotel options.
