  • What is MidemLab?

Midemlab features most promising start-ups proposing innovative solutions that will help the music industry build new consumer experiences.

If you’re a music start-up or a start-up interested in working with the music industry, Midemlab is your chance to pitch your business. Find new business partners among decision makers from the music industry, raise funds and gain international exposure to take your business to the next level. 20 finalists have been chosen through a call-to-entry by industry experts: the leading investment firm in technology Atomico, the open innovation consulting company bluenove and the music business information & strategy company Music Ally.

After being coached by Abbey Road Red, Europe’s only music tech startup incubation programme, the finalists will get the opportunity to pitch their business to a prestigious jury and in front of the Midem audience.
After each pitching session, 3 winners will be chosen by the jury. They will then be submitted to a live polling by the Midem audience. The startup with the most votes will be rewarded during the International Midem Awards ceremony.
