MIDEM offers extensive services to facilitate your stay in Cannes:
- The Conciergerie
Providing a complete range of services such as restaurant and taxi bookings, flights, helicopter, shuttle, spa reservations, tourism and various information. A concierge will welcome you and help you in every way in order to facilitate your stay in Cannes. No service charge.
- The Business Centre
Offers photocopying, word processing and printing services, as well as the reception and sending of faxes, telephone cards, office supplies...
- The Law Offices & Anti-Piracy assistance
The international legal experts of the MIDEM Law Offices offer complimentary legal advice and help in your negotiations throughout MIDEM. Appointments can be booked with the Law Offices hostess. The MIDEM Law Offices lawyers also assist MIDEM in their support against music piracy in all its forms.

Offers Email points, connections for laptops and WI-FI all free of charge.

- Member Desk
The Member Service Desk is dedicated to card holders and provides personalised services including transport and restaurant reservations and other requests members should need during the show.
- Relaxation Area
Free head and shoulder massage from professionals. Service operates from Sunday 27 January to Wednesday 30 January, 9.30-19.00.
- Regus Member Business Lounge*
Will be available to dedicated card holders and offers complementary and personalised business services: private lounge area, international press, PC/Internet access, specialised staff, refreshments,...

MIDEM 2008 Free Shuttle ServiceA shuttle service is provided for hotels situated outside Cannes. This is a complimentary service for our participants.
New this year, the service will begin on Saturday 26 January:
- 26 – 30 January: 8.30 - 13.00 and from 17.00 until midnight.
- 31 January: 8.30 – 13.00 and from 14.30 until 17.00.
- For the Opening Night Party (Sunday 27 January), the service will be extended until 01.00am from the Martinez hotel.
