HOTEL CHOICE
We expect 10,000 participants to attend MIDEM this January! Whereas priority is given to exhibitors and VIPs for Cannes' hotels there are still many hotel options available to you. You can also search hotels for visual tours and photos online in order to make your selection even easier. The majority of MIDEM participants do stay in the surrounding areas of Cannes, Reed MIDEM therefore offers free luxury bus shuttles throughout the day which will bring you right to the entrance of the Palais des Festivals.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
- FOR PARTICIPANTS ONLY
Individual e-mail addresses are necessary in order to book accommodation on line. If you did not provide this when you registered then please send it to registration.dept@reedmidem.com. Once received your personal login & password details will be forwarded to you to give you access to the service. Before you start booking, please sure that you have a valid credit card to hand.
*Alternatively, you can still print out the “Accommodations instructions & request form” (here) & return it to our hotel dept. However, we strongly recommend that you book online as we cannot guarantee that your hotel preferences will be accorded.
- FOR EXHIBITORS
Refer to the hotel list (pdf file) then fill in the hotel section of your MIDEM registration form (stating your preferred hotel or category) and return it to your local sales representative. The hotel department will send you your hotel reservation once processing completed.

RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A 3 night minimum stay is required by Cannes' hotels during MIDEM for stays including Sunday 27th or Monday 28th January. Reduced minimum stays are available either side of these dates in Cannes and in hotels situated outside Cannes.
- For all cancellations made before January 9, 20% of the indicated deposit amount will be forfeited. Any cancellations made after January 9, 2008 will mean full deposit forfeit.
- For all reservations made off-line, deposit payment must be made directly to the hotel within 10 working days, without exceeding Wednesday 9th January. Reservations will be cancelled otherwise.
- For all cancellations made before January 9, 20% of the indicated deposit amount will be forfeited. Any cancellations made after January 9, 2008 will mean full deposit forfeit.
- For all rooms booked online the reservation will be guaranteed once the payment has been confirmed by the hotel. Some hotels may need additional information from the credit card holder in order to secure the reservation.
- Rooms reserved through the Reed MIDEM are for the sole use of MIDEM participants only. Reed MIDEM reserves the right to cancel rooms for non registered participants with only written notification.
