  • What is MIDEM?
    MIDEM is the world’s music market, where nearly 10,000 international music (labels, publishers, artist managers and many more), digital and mobile professionals gather to do business. Click here to find out more about MIDEM.
  • How can I register for MIDEM?
    You can register either as an exhibitor, by taking a stand, or as an individual participant. The latter can notably register online. Click here to find out all about registering for MIDEM.
  • How can I change my MIDEM contact, company or delegate details?
    Once registered for MIDEM, contact the Registration Department.
  • Is it possible to register during the event?

  • I need a visa to visit France…
    MIDEM can help registered visitors to obtain a visa. Once registered, please contact the Customer Helpdesk for more information.



MIDEMWORLD: LOGIN ISSUES

  • How do I access MIDEMWorld?
    If you are not registered for MIDEM 2008 yet: Browse through the "public" part of MIDEMWorld and get a glimpse of who is attending!
    If you are already registered for MIDEM 2008: You can access full contact, company and product details of the entire MIDEM community via MIDEMWorld. Simply enter your personal login and password (provided upon registration) in the top right-hand corner of http://www.midem.net/.
  • I can't find or haven't received my password. What should I do?
    You should have received your personal login and password (provided upon registration for MIDEM) by email.
  • If you haven't received it, please click on the "Forgot password?" link in the login area; your password will be sent to you by email. Please note that the personal login and password is a series of numbers which cannot be changed: you must therefore keep it carefully.
  • I still can't access the Database...
    If none of the above works, please contact the Customer Service Help Desk.



SERVICES, CLUBS & PRACTICAL INFO

  • How can I best prepare my stay in Cannes?
    For all the info you need on travel, accommodation and much, much more, visit our Prepare your Show section.
  • Is there a special area for participants without stands?
    The MIDEM Lobby offers meeting areas and various business services (fax, photocopies, internet access, a concierge who can book restaurants & entertainment…). It is open to all delegates.
  • How do I access the VIP Club?
    Selected delegates will be invited by MIDEM to access this area.
  • What can I do if I have any general questions during my stay in Cannes?
    Simply pop by our Customer Service Helpdesk, located within the Palais des Festivals!
  • Am I eligible for a VAT refund?
    Non-French companies can reclaim the VAT paid on their MIDEM participation. To do so, bring your show invoice to the Tevea International stand, located on Level 01 of the Palais, before your leave Cannes.
  • How can I promote my company at the event?
    Consult our Advertise section to see the complete range of communication tools available for MIDEM 2008. Your Local Sales Representative can also offer you a customised solution. In addition, the Events Department is on-hand to organise your project launches, press conferences and cocktail parties.
  • How do I get to/send material to the Palais des Festivals?
    You must be an exhibitor to deliver packages to the Palais. The Palais’ postal address is:
